Book Reviews - Homer and Langley by E.L. Doctorow

One of the major complaints with this book was that had we known it was based on fact, it would have seemed a lot more plausible! This fact was omitted from all the book's forewords and cover notes, so it was with surprise that many of us found out it was based on a true story. We had all felt the characters rather exaggerated and unbelievable and that it was a poorly thought out work of fiction!
