Almond Fruit Bake

Serves 10-12

Ingredients
5oz plain flour
5oz butter
5oz sugar
5oz ground almonds
2 eggs
Packet frozen raspberries defrosted/other fruit

Method
Grease and line an 8-inch round tin
Mix all ingredients except fruit
Put half mix in tin
Spread over ruit
Cover with other half of mix
Bake at 160 for 30-40 minutes
Serve hot/cold with cream
